We Treat
Pain doesn’t have to be something you just live with. Whether it’s a nagging ache that’s followed you for years or a sharp pain that showed up overnight, our job is to find out why it’s happening — and build a plan to help you move and feel better, for good.

Low back pain is one of the most common reasons people come to see us — and one of the most misunderstood. It can stem from poor movement patterns, prolonged sitting, muscle imbalances, disc irritation, or simply how your spine has been loaded over time. We assess how your whole body moves, not just the sore spot, so your treatment plan addresses the actual cause rather than just the symptom.
Book careTension-type headaches are often linked to the muscles and joints of the neck and upper back, especially for people who spend long hours at a desk or looking at a screen. By restoring proper movement to the neck and easing the surrounding muscle tension, many patients find real relief from the headaches that used to derail their day.
Book careThe mid back (thoracic spine) can become stiff and achy from prolonged sitting, poor posture, or repetitive strain — often showing up as a dull ache between the shoulder blades. We work to restore mobility through this region so it can move the way it's designed to, taking pressure off the areas around it.
Book careGeneral muscle pain, tightness, and soreness can come from overuse, poor movement mechanics, stress, or old injuries that never fully resolved. Treatment focuses on identifying what's driving the tension and restoring normal function so your muscles aren't working overtime to compensate.
Book careThat stabbing pain in your heel with your first steps in the morning is a classic sign of plantar fasciitis. It develops when the band of tissue supporting your arch becomes irritated and inflamed. Our approach looks beyond the foot itself to how your ankles, hips, and gait may be contributing, so relief lasts.
Book plantar fasciitis careSciatica is that sharp, radiating pain, tingling, or numbness that travels from the lower back down through the hip and leg. It's usually caused by irritation or compression of the sciatic nerve, often linked to the lower spine. We work to take pressure off the nerve and improve the movement and stability of the low back to prevent it from coming back.
Book careFrom rotator cuff strain to general stiffness and reduced range of motion, shoulder pain can make everyday tasks — reaching overhead, sleeping on your side, lifting groceries — surprisingly difficult. We assess the shoulder alongside the neck and upper back, since problems in one area often show up as pain in another.
Book rotator cuff careMigraines are more complex than a typical headache, but for many people, neck tension and joint restriction play a real role in triggering or worsening them. We assess the cervical spine and surrounding musculature to see whether chiropractic care can help reduce the frequency or intensity of your migraines.
Book careJaw pain, clicking, or difficulty opening and closing comfortably can stem from the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and the muscles around it — often connected to neck tension, clenching, or posture. We take a whole-body approach to help ease the strain on this small but important joint.
Book careAs your body changes throughout pregnancy, it's common to experience low back pain, pelvic discomfort, or sciatica-like symptoms. Our care is adapted specifically for each stage of pregnancy, helping you stay comfortable and mobile so you can focus on the parts of pregnancy that matter most to you.
Book careKids' bodies are growing and changing constantly, and can experience their own aches, postural issues, and injuries from sports, growth spurts, or everyday bumps and falls. We offer gentle, age-appropriate care to help support healthy movement and development from an early age.
